    Talent Attraction & Development Manager

    What you’ll have done before:

    Baseline:

    • NFQ Level 8 (Masters Degree in HR/ industrial Psychology)
    • 10 years experience in Strategic HR and a Specialist in Talent Management, Attraction, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development and Skills Development
    • 6 years experience in managing managers and exerting influence to senior management

    Advantageous:

    • HSPCA Certification 

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Ensure a seamless integration of talent management recruitment, and development 
    • Develop and implement a clear and well-defined strategic plan for talent management, coaching & mentoring and retention
    • Translating talent identification to development and succession are key deliverables for critical skill acquisition
    • Develop and drive strategies that will ensure proactive identification, attraction, development and retainment of future talent with skills and capabilities required for the evolving future roles within the organisation
    • Attract the best talent to meet current and future business needs and to build long-term succession for key roles and a learning culture that dives the organisation talent management objectives
    • Develop & implement tools for performance management, coaching and mentoring evaluation
    • Manage relations with internal customers, service providers & external stakeholders
    • Forecast the annual budget requirements and manage the departments OPEX plan

    • Talent of the Future: Solving the complex challenge of meeting current and future skills needs at Engen in the context of global skills shortages, the new world of work, DEI objectives and the impact of artificial intelligence.
    • Building and maintaining a strong Talent Pipeline: Work closely with Divisional Executives to ensure that their talent needs are met through building and maintaining the needed Talent Pipeline by combining elements such as Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Employee Engagement into one cohesive strategy.
