    Talent Acquisition (TA) Employer Branding Manager

    Key Job Accountabilities

    • Continually ensure the relevance of the L’Oréal EVP – Employer Value Proposition – and its adoption across the entire organization;
    • Co-produce stand-out campaigns in collaboration with Corporate Affairs & Engagement (CA&E), with a strong activation relay;
    • Co-define and nurture ways of working with the CA&E teams, as valuable partners to accelerate employer branding efforts at all levels of the organization, be bold yet authentic, maximise reach of all audiences and ensure efficient activation on all touchpoints;
    • Contribute to the production and activation of content for TA projects and strategies, such as L’Oréal For Youth, Brandstorm, Masterclasses, diversity messages and audiences, campus presentations;
    • Strategize and manage content requirements to attract, engage and hire candidates across 3 pillars: L’Oréal stories, life at L’Oréal and candidate success. Guarantee relevance of content produced for social channels, especially meta, Linkedin and Tiktok;
    • Strategize and manage paid media for TA, including upskilling, content production, agencies, performance;
    • Manage the careers website from an experience point of view. Manage content production, continual improvements, and optimization for digital marketing in coordination with the TATech team;
    • Innovate and test new ways to engage potential candidates, ex metaverse, tiktok, influencer marketing, advocacy;
    • Implement the measurement strategy for Employer Branding, monitor and analyze results to draw actionable insights;
    • Manage the L’ORÉAL for The Youth Programme;
    • Recruitment for all intern and management trainee needs;
    • Lead/support recruitment projects as needed;
    • Co-ordination of internal EVP projects related to Employee Engagement

    Qualities To Be Successful In The Position

    • High level of autonomy and flexibility to adapt employer branding to needs of the markets and social platforms
    • Proven capacity to create mutually beneficial internal partnerships, especially with CA&E, and adapt and shape ways of working as necessary
    • Proven capacity to strategise employer branding, while orchestrating the production of high-quality plug n play content with internal partners
    • Excellent copywriting and ‘Out of the box’ thinking essential, love for authentic storytelling
    • Former experience in consumer or candidate engagement + employer branding required
    • Data-driven and performance mindset, excellent project management
    • Team player
    • International exposure beneficial. Fluent English is mandatory
    • Operational recruitment experience essential
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Marketing skills / qualification advantageous
    • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is required for this role
