As a trusted member of our Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Officer will play a pivotal role in delivering a proactive and efficient recruitment service, overseeing the entire recruitment life cycle.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Unleash your expertise: Your role as a Talent Acquisition Officer is to:

    • Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for middle tier roles in collaboration with HR Partners.
    • Efficient and consistent tracking and reporting of vacancies.
    • Gather comprehensive hiring needs from managers and partner with HR to ensure a great customer and candidate experience.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Advertise positions through various channels including on application tracking system, job boards and Linkedin.
    • Oversee candidate selection, and conduct telephone screenings and preliminary interviews before presenting shortlisted candidates.
    • Coordinate interviews and offers, liaising with HR Partners and hiring managers.
    • Ensure policy-aligned procedures, generate recruitment reports, and actively promote diversity.
    • Proactively build a talent pipeline using advanced search techniques and social media platforms.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant HR qualification.
    • 2-3 years of proven recruitment experience in FMCG / Supply Chain
    • Proficiency in e-recruitment platforms (Linkedin, Job Boards, String/Boolean Searches, ATS)
    • Experience with preparing remuneration offers and understanding remuneration packages

    Required Knowledge and Skill:

    • Understanding of sourcing strategies
    • Familiarity with recruitment life cycle and practices
    • Problem-solving ability (technical, analytical)
    • Innovative thinking for talent sourcing in competitive markets and challenging locations
    • Shortlisting and screening candidates
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
