Your Duties and Responsibilities...

• Regular reporting and analysis on various aspects of the business.
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of actual performance vs forecast and vs budget
  • Reporting on and analysing various sections of the P/L, including Ancillary revenue, Property costs & Utilities.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of our 5 year forecasting model and the development of this model.
• Financial appraisals of investment opportunities and revenue streams, including:
  • Financial modelling and scenarios analysis;
  • Analysis of member and other business information in support of an investment or revenue stream
  • Preparing relevant, concise and accurate reports supporting the model for Management.

• Manage, prepare and reconcile the monthly DO runs for certain revenue streams, namely PT, Tenants and Watersports
• Maintain month-on-month forecasts vs budget and actuals, for various revenue streams
• Assist in providing the relevant support for annual audit
• Maintain 5 year forecast for lease renewals and updating of lease tracker
• Budget preparation and analysis to support strategic direction of the business.

• Bcomm Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Accuracy of reporting and attention to detail.

• Ability to drill down into detail while retaining the big picture.
• Excellent MS-Excel abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Have initiative and be well organised.
• Ability to work independently and see tasks through to completion.
• Good writing and reporting skills using MS PowerPoint.

• Accuracy of reporting and attention to detail.
