Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Grade 12.
• At least 1-2 years of management experience in a similar environment.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work well under pressure and be resilient.
• Team player with leadership and staff management skills.

• Business sense with good attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff.
• Managing staff and budgets (P&L, Payroll).
• Maintaining statistical and financial records (daily, weekly, and monthly administration).
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to achieve these targets.
• Visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Inventory management (stock management).
• Ensuring store equipment is secured and accounted for.
• Maintaining a health and safety environment for customers and staff.
• Understanding store daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Producing a store-specific action plan to minimize stock loss.
