    Specialist: Learning Design and Development

    Role Purpose

    • At Nedbank, we're redefining the future of learning. As a Specialist in Learning Design and Development, you'll leverage your business acumen and learning expertise to design and implement cutting-edge learning architectures that deliver real business impact. Your role will be crucial in creating human-centred, commercially relevant learning experiences that drive our strategic goals.

    What You’ll Do

    • In this dynamic role, you'll provide expert learning experience design consulting and implementation skills, translating business strategies into impactful learning solutions.
    • You'll partner with business SMEs and the Enterprise Learning Community and leverage design thinking to design and implement digital, blended, and augmented learning experiences that deliver business value.
    • Managing large-scale learning projects from needs analysis to post implementation support will be a key part of your role, ensuring continuous improvement and high-impact learning outcomes.
    • You'll lead and implement the technical production of learning experiences, manage vendor relationships, and drive a culture of continuous learning through the design of exceptional learning experiences.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 8-10 years of experience in learning experience design, including digital platforms and tools.
    • Relevant B-Degree or equivalent in Learning Experience Design or related field.
    • Proven track record in developing blended and digital learning solutions with significant business impact.
    • Expertise in UI/UX, learning technologies, and instructional design.
    • Strong project management skills and experience in agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and decision-making ability in collaborative environments.
