Specialist LEA Support at Vodafone Global Enterprise

Role Purpose

• Provide technical support and guidance to the LEA team, to ensure effectiveness, quality and provide a high standard of services.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Quality control and assessment. Produce and ensure the required deliverables (department objectives related to disclosure of information) are met and maintained
• To ensure adherence and continuous compliance to all regulations of the different acts applicable in terms of disclosure of information out of Vodacom acts.
• To develop and maintain relationships with the different Law Enforcement Agencies and other institutions
• Support and manage the technical infrastructure (systems utilized by LEA) for the LEA team.
• To manage, improve and develop internal technology processes.

The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

• Matric/Grade 12
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering or equivalent (Essential)
• Between 3 To 5 Years’ Relevant Experience (Essential)

• Computer Applications (Essential)
• Basic system and GSM knowledge (Preferable)
• Technology Management (Preferable)
• IT knowledge (Preferable)
• Radio Planning & Optimisation (Essential)
