Specialist: Employee Relations at Nambiti Technologies (Pty) Ltd

We are recruiting for a Specialist: Employee Relations.

• Diploma + Advanced Diploma / B-Degree in Human Resource, Employee Relations, Law or a related field. 
• Admitted Attorney is preferred.
• 8 years relevant work experience in Employee Relations. 
• 4 years specialist experience Operational Level. 
• Proven track record in managing collective bargaining, collective agreement design and implementation, dispute handling, wage negotiations and negotiations within an unionised environment. 
• Proven track record of developing, planning and implementing employee relations policies, practices, guidelines and initiatives within a corporate environment. 
• Must have experience in conciliation, mediation and arbitration. 
• Proven track record of presenting cases at CCMA.
• Relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
• Risk Management practices and principles. 
• Business Acumen. 
• Individual Labour Law protocols.
• Collective Bargaining principles.
• CCMA and Labour Court protocols.
• Computer Literacy.
• Labour Contract Law
