    Job Description

    • To execute the Branded Retail and Business Experience Hubs communications requirements
    • To execute communication initiatives in alignment to communications strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Execution of strategic communication 
    • Stakeholder analysis and matrix compilation
    • Facilitate signoff off communication plans and content
    • Keep updated communication log
    • facilitate video development
    • Facilitate communication for road shows
    • ensure effective communication via newsletter 
    • Development of communication content
    • project / initiative communication support
    • implement communication plans to contribute to communication strategy
    • Drive relationships with Internal and external stakeholders
    • To achieve measurable results

    Relationship building and maintenance

    • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
    • Follow up on and respond to all queries

    Report Generation

    • Report on communication plans

    Customer Satisfaction

    • Establish and build relationships with all relevant stakeholders
    • Align service delivery to local market segments
    • Understand customer needs and develop find-tune delivery accordingly
    • Ensure customer needs and requirements are satisfied through appropriate systems, processes and procedure
    • Put contingency plans in plae to prevent delays and enhance the customer experience
    • Adopt a proactive a pproach to prevent problems from arising in the future
    • Initiate change to continually improve all aspects of service delivery
    • Drive continuous improvement as an improtant element of service delivery
    • Deliver measurable results

    Qualifications

    • Matric
    • Diploma/bachelor's degree in communications or similar relevant qualification
