Solar Electrician at Coreline Fibre

About The Job 

• We are seeking an experienced solar electrician to join our team at Stage Zero. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry and be able to handle a wide range of solar electrical projects with minimal supervision. As a solar electrician, you will be responsible for Training external companies installing, repairing and maintaining solar electrical systems and equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Installers, repair and maintain solar electrical systems and equipment, including solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
• Conduct electrical tests and troubleshoot problems in solar systems.
• Ensure that all solar electrical work complies with relevant safety codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret solar electrical drawings and schematics and assisting installers.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete solar projects.
• To train and Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and doing spot checks at where install are taking place.
• Train Installers on house keeping
• Train installers in using the Stage Zero App
• Train installers to do installation within 1 Day
• Make sure installers have the right tools on hand to do the install. Do regular tool checks

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized electrician apprenticeship program.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of solar electrical safety codes and regulations.
• Experience with solar electrical design and installation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform the job, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license.
• All Certifications needed to be a certified electrician and PV Green Card
