• Finding the right problem to tackle,
• Exploring ideas for how to solve it
• Then refining it into a coherent solution.
• Our product designers carry out:
• Research
• Brainstorming
• Sketching
• Prototyping
• and collaboration with our engineers to ship great products.

We are empathetic user advocates and respect our users’ opinions through:

• Interviews
• Usability Testing
• Data analysis
• Wire-framing
• Flowcharting
• and Mourney mapping to show the different stages that customers go through.

You are right for the role if you are:

• A Self starter, you find what needs to be done and do it, and you do it with positive intention.
• You have great attention to detail, a mind for thinking through edge cases and design with the user in mind.
• You have demonstrable experience in designing product user interfaces, especially intricate interfaces that have state.
• When it comes to design, you care as much about what it is and how it works, as you do about what it looks like.
