Site Manager - Gauteng at Servest SA

Minimum Requirements    

• PSIRA Gr A.
• Grade 12
• Valid Code B licence with PDP.
• Advanced Computer Literacy and report writing skills.
• Holder of a NOSA or SAMTRAC certificate.
• First Aid level 2 and Basic Firefighting.
• Minimum of 10 years management experience in the mining Security sector.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a MHSA 2.6.1 appointee,
• Investigations experience in Mining Security sector.
• Willing to relocate.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Managing staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance, leave schedules, overtime etc.
• Maintaining discipline of staff on site.
• Training and supervising security officers on site.
• Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills.
• Experience in compiling Risk Assessment.
• Strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills in the day to day running of the security activities on site
• Create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.
• Record keeping of all administration for all activities on site
• Building and Maintaining relationships with the client
• Ensure compliance with Site Procedure Manual and facilitate optimal service delivery
