Site Engineering Manager at RCL Foods

What You’ll Do

• Siqalo Foods is seeking a Site Engineering Manager to be based in Boksburg and report to the Supply Chain Executive. This specific position that we are recruiting for is in SIQALO Foods, a subsidiary of Remgro and sister company of RCL FOODS.
• The purpose of this role is to provide overall leadership to Engineering teams on the Boksburg Site.
• The responsibility of the role includes Site Services provision, Operational Engineering Maintenance, Engineering Planning, Capital Expenditure, Risk and SHE compliance for the site.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed BEng or BSC degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Completed GCC factories
• 8 years’ trade experience of which at least 5 years’ in a supervisory category
• Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering, experience in Boiler and Refrigeration plants
