Shift Supervisor (Medicity Vergelegen Blood Bank) at Western Cape Blood Service

Main Purpose:

• Responsible for supervision on a shift to ensure that blood products are issued within the agreed turnaround times.
• Investigation of non-conformances
• Resolution of hospital complaints / customer complaints received on shift
• Preparation for internal and external audits
• QMS compliance
• Routine Medical technologist duties

Minimum Requirements

• Extensive Technical Experience (3 Years post qualification)
• Unendorsed driver’s licence
• Own reliable transport
