Job Advert Summary    

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all stock in the factory shop (Deli), including all administrative duties required as per Company standards and procedures and to ensure Food Safety requirements are followed.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Stock control
• Stock rotation
• Stock receiving
• Updating of stock control sheets
• Invoices/stock code verification
• Inventory counts
• Dealing with inventory issues
• Returns 
• Ensuring merchandising is up to standard
• Housekeeping supervision in and around the shop
• Temperature control
• Reporting on stock levels and stock variances
• Identifying slow moving lines
• System updates and identifying duplicate and problematic item codes versus barcodes
• Inventory capturing/invoice matching/receiving and documenting
• Receiving & documenting of transacted documents
