Senior Marketing & Sales Operations Representative at Caterpillar Inc.

Responsibilities

• Answering inquiries and resolving problems regarding business plan execution, operational improvement and achievement of targets.
• Advising on existing and potential customer experience issues and improvement measures.
• Lead with dealers initiatives to improve marketing and sales capabilities, supporting the overall business development process.
• Govern dealer execution of the programs that increase sales and improve customer experience.

Qualifications / Experience :

• Proven leadership experience (8 - 10 years minimum) in stakeholder management – influencing, negotiating, advising, and accelerating project execution and governance. Leading with critical and strategic thinking on sales and service growth that impact overall business performance. The ability to work independently mentoring and developing dealer capabilities for services and sales growth.
