    Senior Marketing Consultant

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    The Senior Marketing Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving content marketing initiatives and crafting visually compelling materials across identified Hyperclear Tech companies. This senior-level position will collaborate closely with the marketing team, spearheading various creative tasks, overseeing social media strategies, and delivering impactful copywriting and sales enablement collateral. Additionally, the role entails content creation, design, and layout responsibilities, alongside providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Content Marketing and Creation:

    • Lead the development of long- and short-format content across channels, from inception to publication, including research and collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
    • Drive content ideation, creation, and optimisation to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, objectives, and audience preferences.
    • Mentor and guide other team members to produce content in line with the content plan and strategy, provide quality assurance of content created across the team.

    Design and Layout:

    • Design and layout of content items such as blog pages, social media images, presentations, and proposals, maintaining brand consistency and visual appeal.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create visually compelling sales enablement collateral.
    • Utilise design tools and templates to produce high-quality materials that resonate with target audiences.
    • Mentor and guide the design efforts of other team members to ensure the creation of on-brand designs.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
    • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend refinements to optimise results.
    • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of marketing projects and initiatives, identifying cost-optimisation opportunities where possible.

    Sales Enablement Support:

    • Create sales enablement collateral, including proposals, sales presentations, and supporting materials, aligning with brand standards and sales objectives.
    • Identify and address content gaps to facilitate the sales process and drive conversion.

    Social Media Content Creation and Management:

    • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, overseeing content calendars and campaigns.
    • Monitor social media trends, analyse audience engagement, and provide recommendations for content optimisation.
    • Mentor and guide other team members, providing peer reviews and quality assurance of content created.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
    • Support compliance efforts and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Lead quality assurance and peer review step before submission of content for final approval.

    Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

    Commercial Understanding:

    • Support budget management and allocation, identifying opportunities for optimisation to maximise ROI.
    • Ensure strategic alignment of marketing initiatives with organisational priorities and goals.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS:

    Education/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

    Experience:

    • 8-10+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on content marketing and design and exposure to campaign execution and reporting.
    • Basic proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and email marketing. SEO, SEM, and lead generation experience are advantageous.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, and CMS websites (relevant certifications advantageous).
    • Proficiency in design applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
    • Previous experience in mentoring and guiding team members is advantageous.
    • Marketing / Branding / Design agency or freelance experience advantageous.
    • Previous experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the IT services, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, or Cloud industries.
    • A good understanding of the technology industry.
    • Proven ability to create compelling content and design visually appealing materials (a portfolio may be requested from suitable candidates).
    • Strong writing skills and experience in crafting engaging copy for various channels (a portfolio may be requested from suitable candidates).
    • Proven ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations, and sales and proposal decks (examples may be requested from suitable candidates).
    • Ability to mentor and guide team members in content creation and design best practices.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and CMS websites.
    • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and writing for SEO advantageous.
    • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote / hybrid environment and a demonstrated proactive desire to learn.
    • Experience with online, hybrid, and in-person event planning, management and execution advantageous.
