Role purpose
The Senior Manager - Business Support (Hiport) oversees the Business Support Team, ensuring the efficient management and optimization of Hiport systems and processes. This role is responsible for analyzing and implementing changes requested by clients and internal teams, investigating operational queries, and liaising with Hiport’s vendor, to resolve issues and explore new functionalities.
