Senior Financial Manager: Finance Strategy and Reporting Lead at CA Financial Appointments

Job Description

• I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Financial Manager: Finance Strategy and Reporting Lead to join a  leading Financial Services Company based in Cape Town. This successful candidate will be responsible for focusing on the businesses financial management and strategic reporting requirements. They will drive the alignment between the Strategy of the business and their 5 year plan, they will also be involved in leading specific finance strategic related projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for updating EXCO on the strategic 5 year plans financials and other KPI's
• Drive the 5 year forecast including tools assessment
• Enhance the reporting process
• Create quick update of results model with change in assumptions and reports bi-weekly
• Finance systems project team lead for any finance systems enhancements
• Improve reporting efficiencies

Requirements:

• CA(SA)
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role
• Financial Services experience is advantageous
• Previous experience with reporting and presenting at EXCO level
