Job Description

• To perform accounting and administrative functions regarding employee claims and credit cards, Scheme Vehicles, telecommunication of the Group and general enquiries. To assist the Finance Team with Financial Accounting tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric with accounting
• BCom, post graduate advantageous
• 3 years’ related experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Send credit card statements to secretaries.
• Receive all invoices as on statement.
• Expense all amounts to correct accounts.
• Responsible for the IT Department and Junior Clerk.
• New sim cards and sim swaps.
• Expense Vodacom account monthly.
• Expense Telkom account monthly.
• Receive claims from agents and employees.
• Expense claims through BKB Interactive.
• AP payment runs.
• Cash advances for agents and employees.
• Invoice private kilometres to P601.
• Scheme vehicle contract – Ensure that all contracts are updated regularly.
• Creating contracts for new scheme vehicles.
• Posting of journals.
