    Senior Director: HRIS Business Relationship & Transformation Partner

    • Ensures that the customer is satisfied with company projects and services. Ensures that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements. Works with client to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities. Consults with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual objectives are met. Provides both management and technical leadership. Leads the strategic development of the client relationship function, addressing business requirements and goals. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Through staff of Customer Relationship Management - Relationship Management individuals, ensures that the customer is satisfied with company projects and services. Works with client to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities. This is a management level family; individual contributors should not be matched to these roles.

    In this position you will be required to:

    • Building partnerships and driving value to satisfy and elevate our  I&T functional purpose for HR.
    • Partner with HR leaders both inside and outside the organization to collaborate and ensure meaningful results from our HR strategic initiatives.
    • Proactively sense and anticipate changes affecting strategy in the HR environmental landscape including organisational improvements, technological advancements, and evolving organization needs, co-ordinating these initiatives into the overall HR portfolio program.
    • Monitors reliability and any internal issues that appear as a result of HR projects.
    • Develop and direct the planning / strategic planning of multiple HR projects.
    • Oversee the coordination of employees and resources from NTT teams that are required to successfully complete HR projects.
    • Get involved in the directing and day to day co-ordination of HR projects for the business.
    • Assist I&T build the HRIS strategy to help digitise and transform the business through HR digitalisation

    Leadership, relationships, and planning

    • Strategize with partners to develop future roadmaps and explore new opportunities, converging organization-wide strategic direction into one set of objectives
    • Drive prioritization with functional stakeholders of business cases and requirements.  Also backlog grooming with cross functional pillars. Interacting with HR stakeholders on planning, progress tracking, communication, and escalation activities.
    • Align requirement of the HR functional area to the organisational strategy to validate expected results
    • Champion a culture of shared ownership and constant organisational evolution
    • Coach organization leaders to articulate their vision and requirements to drive the organisational value, e.g., people, purpose, and platforms
    • Strategize and employ tactical plans for HR transformation and digitalisation
    • Develop deep domain knowledge of your partner’s organisational functions
    • Build cross-functional relationships to converge the value between the HR function and other enterprise functions
    • Establish value management as a strategic organisational capability
    • Establish a common methodology for effective and efficient organisational communication
    • Partner with individuals, teams, and organisations to drive value and meaningful results for the HR function
    • Partner with HR leaders to identify opportunities to evaluate, prioritise and shape initiatives for strategic value
    • Continually improve the value framework.  This can be achieved through business case development that identifies opportunities for growth.
    • Innovate using knowledge and awareness of HR industry trends to identify new opportunities
    • Elaborate the strategic plans for partners to communicate their strategic capabilities
    • Monitoring initiative progress to ensure expectations are aligned with results and ultimately value

    Skills and knowledge

    • Understanding of NTT Ltd.’s tools; Workday, Phenom, ServiceNow
    • Knowledge of industry, trends, and best practices in change management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and display the required interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders
    • HR operational and practice management understanding and how this is implemented with HRIS systems
    • Must be able to report strategically on the work being delivered within the IT HR BRM function

    • Demonstrate ability to gather through engaging with stakeholders’ business requirements and to prioritise these into a portfolio of program
    • Demonstrate the tenacity to get stuck in and help the program teams deliver at speed with quality

    Education required

    • Typically requires related experience with a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; or extensive experience, preferably in HR

    Certifications required

    • Relevant certifications beneficial
    • Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial
    • Agile related certifications preferable
    • HRIS Certification preferable

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 – 12 years of team management experience, including relationship managing of Executives.  Complex Integration platforms and platforms-based development teams
    • 12 plus years of HR practice experience
    • Substantial working experience in a DevOps capacity, working within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment specifically around HRIS enablement
    • Significant experience in service management practices and processes within a continuous delivery environment, specifically demonstrate the ability to work with DEVOPS teams to get programs across the line
    • Experience in portfolio management and business prioritisation
    • Hands-on experience in driving adoption of capabilities delivered
