    Senior Administrator: BLC - Sandton

    Job Purpose

    • Provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the planning team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Supply Chain Management

    • Carry out a range of supplier management activities, either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role
    • Approval of Orders – KMS (authorized)
    • Sales invoicing in NAV
    • KMS – Mobile files into NAV
    • transfer Approvals - Release to the warehouse (electronically)
    • Oversee Stock
    • Balancing daily
    • Oversee account creation

    Administration

    • Produce, update and provide best practice support on a wide range of MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues

    Client & Customer Management (Internal)

    • Help manage internal clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others

      Monthly Activities

    • Prepare analysis of market trends for use by others using a variety of data sources
    • Oversee Mobile Invoicing process
    • Receive activation revenue files
    • Reconcile to supplier Control
    • Reconcile to KMS
    • Import files – and extract statements
    • Monthly customer reporting
    • Monthly Supplier by Product reporting
    • Distribute reports
    • New Vendors
    • Purchase Invoicing -Stock
    • Stock qty Control
    • Marketing claims (MTN).Promo items tracking

    Data Management

    • Use data management systems to access specific information as and when required
    • Create and maintain item codes in NAV
    • Facilitate with tech ops for KMS

    Work Scheduling and Allocation

    • Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done
