    SecureFire Sales Representative - Residential & Small Commercial X 4

    Responsibilities:

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential and small commercial market.
    • Present and promote SecureFire services, emphasizing the benefits and features to potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, actively seeking new clients through various channels.    

     Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture relationships with residential and small commercial clients.
    • Collaborate with the Fidelity ADT armed response team to provide integrated security solutions.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups and communication to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in fire protection technology and products.
    • Provide clients with detailed information about our Fire Response services and related products.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.

     Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Collaborate with the armed response team to create comprehensive security packages for clients.

     Reporting and Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the residential and small commercial sector.
    • Knowledge of fire protection systems and solutions is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
