SAP Security & GRC Lead at Glencore

 OVERVIEW:

•  The SAP Security & GRC Lead will be responsible to establish, implement and maintain SAP security, GRC systems and comply with GRC legislation and regulatory requirement.
•  In addition, responsible for SAP operation live sites, Governance Process and SLA Monitoring, as well as Stake Holder Management.

 QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:

•  Bachelor`s Degree (or) equivalent Diploma
•  SAP Certified
•  SAP Licensing
•  Audit Experience

Additional Qualifications:

•  SAP Audit Experience
•  Ideal certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP

Work Experience:

•  Deep understanding of SAP security best practices with 10+ years of hands-on experience.
•  Experience in SAP Securities like S/4 Hana, Fiori, GRC, MDG, BW, HANA DB.
•  At least 2+ year experience specifically in the S/4 HANA/Fiori environment.
•  At least 2 years of experience with HANA security and JAVA-based SAP systems security concepts.
•  At least 2+ years of experience with GRC ARA and EAM modules.
•  Good knowledge of FICO and, MM and PM modules Security.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

•  Provide input to establish Project Budgets
•  Manage and control project budget expenditure and exceptions
•  Project Tracking and Reporting on deviations
•  Project Risk and Issues Management
•  Logistics and planning coordination
•  Design, implement and maintain SAP Security and GRC systems using best practices.
•  Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Security & GRC concepts
•  Responsible to administer security authorization and role creations.
•  Design and maintain authorizations and roles for SAP Fiori Launchpad
•  Maintain security design and admin process documentation
•  Identify, design and implement enhancements that will support growth and improve security of the system.
•  Responsible for compliance of new code with security rules
•  Perform system reviews and limit access to ensure that work is performed in accordance with the security policies and in line with Audit requirements.
•  Be informed of recent developments in the field of SAP security and make sure they are reviewed/adopted by the organization
•  Perform annual SAP license auditing
•  Coordinate and lead business security requirements (e.g., functional and technical, information needs, business processes) through information-gathering sessions
•  Coordinate functionality testing, testing methodologies, processes and tools, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing.  
•  Collaborate with business decision makers and end users on queries and problem resolution.
•  Lead and provide Level 3 support to site super users and end users as required.
•  Liaise with auditors to provide standard information and improve solutions
•  Provide Level 3 support to site super users and end users as required.
•  Maintain SAP copper documentation and templates and provide to template owners
•  Provide Training to SME’s on relevant upskilling requirements
•  Collaborate and engage with global business process owners
•  Collate and report on Comprehensive Incident management details
•  Provide Transport management reporting solutions.
•  Analyze and implement Process improvements as required.
•  Monitor SAP Reporting related to business processes
•  Execute on SAP Reporting bug fixes implementation
•  Coordinate with global business process owners with weekly calls to site SMEs and Global BPOs to advise and guide on queries
•  Responsible to manage subordinates’ performance and any disciplinary aspects as required.
