Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in the banking sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that support various banking functions, including customer relationship management, sales, and marketing automation.
• The Salesforce Developer will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all solutions are aligned with business requirements, providing exceptional customer experiences and enhancing operational efficiency.
• This role is ideal for someone with experience in the financial services sector, who can translate complex business needs into customized Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other banking systems using APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce CLI, Git, Data Loader, and version control systems.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification (required).
• Additional certifications like Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Application Architect (preferred).

Data & Security:

• Experience with data migration and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of data security protocols, particularly in the financial services sector, ensuring compliance with GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with banking processes such as loan management, customer onboarding, credit assessments, and wealth management.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking, ensuring Salesforce solutions adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
