Sales Representative (Western Cape) at Smollan

DESCRIPTION

• We're on the lookout for an experience Sales Rep to ensure effective merchandising of clients products at store level and to ensure that call cycles are maintained in Western Cape.

As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for :

• Implementation Standards
• Knowledge Transfer
• Site evaluations/visits
• Reporting & Feedback
• Planogram compliance
• Health & Safety Food Compliance
• To ensure that call cycles are maintained
• Ensure brilliant customer service is provided.
• Ensure that products are clearly visible to the consumer
• Pricing of products to remain consistent through regular audit and compliance
• Identify anomalies and flag these immediately
• Ensure that clients POS is installed according to guidelines from client.
• Ensure that Sales Targets are understood
• Ability to break down targets and develop sales plans to achieve target.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12)
•  Valid SA Drivers License
• Tertiary qualification in Food Technology or related qualification ( Added advantage)
• Strong sales experience and mentality
• Retail Experience FMCG Experience
• In-Store Operational execution experience
• Strong Retail Shopkeeping Skill
• Tech Savvy with the ability to understand systems.
• Passionate about customer service and sales
• Ability to self-manage
• Ability to complete reports, send quality feedback and gather insights
