    Sales Representative - Urology & Critical Care (Field) Gauteng North, Limpopo & Rustenburg

    Main responsibilities will include:

    • Maintain and Develop sales within the Gauteng North (Pretoria, Rustenburg and Limpopo) territory with a view of becoming the leading suppliers of UCC.
    • To grow and develop new business thereby building up a solid customer base, to ensure the budgeted sales are achieved, by continuously developing and updating client strategies.
    • To assist where and when required, in the promotion of Bard products through organized exhibitions and meetings to demonstrate the benefits of various products to clients.
    • To arrange that strategic surgeons attend promotional meetings and to facilitate the follow up of these surgeons to ensure optimal benefit is achieved from any given meeting both Face to Face and Virtual.
    • Attain budgeted monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Submission of planners and reports on a weekly basis to the direct line manager by means of SFDC.
    • Creates plans to achieve targets. Sees objectives through to the end and delivers against plans. Delivers on commitments.
    • Operates with integrity, openness, honesty and ethics to build long term relationships with customers (internal or external). Positive demeanor and a team player.
    • Listens to customers (internal and external) to find out their needs and objections. Great team player abilities to assist colleagues in the best interest of the company.
    • Passion to win, is a self-starter and has a sense of urgency to achieve results whilst maintaining high quality of work. Competitive and works hard to exceed targets using innovative solutions to challenges. Persistent even after setbacks and learns from mistakes
    • Sales Force (SFDC) CRM usage to manage territory
    • Responsible use of Company Car and company assets to Advance the World of Health

    About you

    • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor degree (Science or business) or a 3 year diploma (Science or Business)
    • Current sales experience in the Urology field and strong theatre presence will be an added advantage.
    • Confident in communicating and representing themselves and BD
    • Team Player
