    Sales Representative - Diabetes - JHB

    Your main accountabilities will be: 

    • Promote and sell our Diabetes products to healthcare providers, ensuring they have the information and resources they need to make informed decisions 
    • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth 
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Diabetes field and provide feedback to internal teams to support product improvement and innovation 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives 

    Qualifications 

    • As a Diabetes Sales Representative, you need to have at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales. Moreover, you need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or any other relevant field. 

    To be successful in this role: 

    • Strong knowledge of the Diabetes market, including key competitors and industry trends. Having a Cardiovascular background will be beneficial 
    • Have consultative relationships with general practitioners, Physicians, cardiologists 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapid and establish trust with healthcare professionals 
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets 
    • Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively 
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory 
    • Fluency in English
