    Sales Rep GT - : Bryanston

    A day in the life of...

    A GT Sales Rep:

    • Implement successful plans & promotions at Customer (Local and Regional level to drive sustainable portfolio growth:  
    • Performance against sales targets and promotion evaluations, while cementing product application through customer demos.
    • Management of sales territory and achievement of monthly and annual targets:
    • Daily / Weekly /Monthly call cycle, Sales reports, Customer Business Reviews, Customer activities and Contact reports.
    • Apply outstanding Customer Service Relationship Management - Investigate and resolve all Customer queries and complaints relating to GT business: 
    • Monthly AR meetings, weekly WOR and DM Reports, Customer feedback and daily problem solving.     
    • Understand and analyse customer needs and provide solutions accordingly: 
    • Listen to customer needs, complete ROI, and prepare customer proposal for presentation).            
    • Follow up and report back on leads: 
    • Managing pipeline and reporting.
    • Identify and close new business opportunities: 
    •  Qualify potential new customers with appropriate solution to aid with either growing existing customer base, or aiding direct purchasing via new account opening

    What will make you successful

    • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience - with a proven track record of business development in FMCG industry. 
    • Degree/Diploma – Bcom, Sales & Marketing, Finance, or related       
    • PC literate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)  
    • Unendorsed driver’s license - Code 08    
    • Previous experience as Sales Representative,  Key Accounts or  Field Sales will be advantageous 
    • Comfortable with problem solving, organised, self-starter, team player who is comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction.    
    • Confident in dealing with multiple data sources and adapting and responding to change
    • Results and deadline focused
    • Communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills   
    • Good time management          
    • Financial Understanding - awareness of ROI (Return of Investment)
