    Sales Manager

    Job Description    

    • Achieve the Sales budget.
    • Actively source new clients, building new client relationships.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
    • Close deals and oversee the execution of the contracts.
    • Manage Price Increases in relation to the PI taken on raw materials.
    • Provide customer sales service and develop strong relationships with key-decision makers and influencers.
    • Production planning and manage the supply allocation for respective customers.
    • Ensure the achievement of all sales activity objectives.
    • Present business cases and handle objections.
    • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, presentations, and any other documentation.

    Educational Requirements    

    • Marketing or related tertiary qualification
    • Degree or diploma in Sales 

    Experience Requirements    

    •     At least five years’ field sales experience
    •     Previous work experience within the manufacturing industry is essential.

    • Strong focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
    • Display sound analytical abilities, both verbal and numerical.
    • Solid understanding of the sales process.
    • Excellent interpersonal, selling and communication skills.
    • Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and proven new business track record.
    • Excellent research and planning skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Target driven, tenacious and motivated with a strong customer service orientation and hunger for success.
    • Proven “Sales Hunter”.
    • Pro-active orientation.
