    Sales Manager - Midrand

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
    • Bachelor’s degree / Relevant tertiary qualification
    • 4 -6 Years related experience in the Security industry/Facilities is preferable
    • Proven track record of achieving sales success in Security or similar industry
    • Very strong bidding and presentation skills
    • Very Good financial and business acumen
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with CRM software (Sales force)
    • Proficient with data analysis, sales metrics, forecasting, reporting and budgeting
    • Self motivated, pro-active, results driven individual
    • Competency in driving growth and innovation initiatives in line with company strategic objectives
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales/growth targets to expand our customer and revenue base
    • Lead, mentor and inspire sales teams to drive individual performance.
    • Build relationships with key prospective clients and partners
    • Work closely with Operations and Finance to achieve company strategic objectives
    • Prepare and deliver sales/growth reports & forecasts timeously
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns
    • Conduct training and coaching to enhance sales team skills and knowledge
    • Effectively Monitor and drive all sales activities, pipeline growth and forecasts
    • Real time manaagement of all activities and reports on Sales Force
    • Develop & prepare well- constructed service solutions, accurate costings and pricing for bids and sales proposals
    • Regularly Gather and analyze competitor information to improve the Servest’s competitive position.
    • Successfully implement plans to drive effective lead generation
    • Focus on improving sales team negotiation skills and closing ratios.
    • Conduct well prepared and targeted presentations to internal and external customers.
    • Inform, guide, and execute group and divisional strategies in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
    • Promoting products and services and in depth understanding of customers needs.
    • Manage entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing
