Job Description
The purpose of this position is to manage a Sales team in the Medium Business, focusing mainly on Payroll & HR. The manager will be responsible for driving new
business opportunities, ensure consistent growth through onboarding of new logos. Maintain a consistent high level of service delivery. Crucial part of this role will be meeting with
current customers, new customers, and BP’s face to face, educate and promote the business through enough communication, relationships, business analysis audits finding and other
account analysis. Maintaining and growing the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets.
