    Sales Manager (Hardware / Buildware experience)

    Non-Negotiable Requirements:

    • A stable background in a sales management role within the hardware / buildware industry
    • Must be able to provide payslips
    • Energetic / vibrant personality
    • Be able to manage a team of 10+ employees
    • Tertiary qualification in sales; management or similar

    Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed sales goals. This includes analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of service.
    • Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Training and Development: Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
    • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and reducing stock-outs.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
    • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services and address any issues.
    • Compliance and Procedures: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
