    Sales Coordinator

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Generic Objectives

    • Bid document management.
    • Team bid briefs to be sent to bid office.
    • Management of Tenders portals
    • Management of Network Events
    • Salesforce management for the team
    • Research analysis for the sales team
    • Managing call Centre team on opportunities
    • Assist in bid no bid process.
    • Booking of sales and solutions team travel
    • Solutions bill of Quantities
    • Bid summaries for the Solutions team.
    • Filling in of tender forms
    • Vendor loading for TFS
    • Sales networking/Client relationship building.
    • Management of contracts for new deals
    • Pipeline management
    • Implementation key stake holder contents
    • Set up of Bid tender sign offs
    • Sales event Management
    • Bid/Tender document compliance

    Solutions and Implementation support

    • HR and Sales Liaison support
    • Management of contract signatures for new deals
    • Pipeline management of due deals and dates
    • Manage diaries (tender due dates and site briefings) for both Sales and Solutions

    Qualifications    

    • Grade 12
    • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required 
    • At least 1-2 years in sales and with tender completion management for small to medium bids.
