    Job Description

    • To sell products in the outbound contact centre in accordance with the business needs. To facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer management and to consistently portray a professional image.

    Qualifications

    • Matric
    • RE for Representatives 
    • FAIS Credits- 120- 150 credits Full Qualification 
    • NQF 5
    • Class of business 

    Experience

    • 1 year sales experience / contact centre experience
    • Long term Insurance Experience
