• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Qualifications:

• Matric or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
