Sales Administrative Assistant at Media24 (Pty) Ltd

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal, are essential.
• A general understanding of books and/or the South African book trade is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills are essential.
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, and email management is required.
• Experience with design software is advantageous.

Duties would include:

• Create sales kits and order forms for presentation to the trade.
• Coordinate with UK / US publishers to gather information for assembling sales kits.
• Distribute sales material.
• Load and maintain data within the system.
• Generate and maintain stocklists.
• Create digital presentations.
• Handle queries from customer services and customers.
• Assist sales reps with queries and information requests.
• Perform general secretarial duties
