Job Description

• We are looking for Junior Consultants and Consultants to make an impact in our team and at the clients. This role will support the Engagement team in delivery of services to clients on engagements and projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Impact: Under guidance, support the Engagement team in delivery to the client. Gather information through networking and research to understand broader offerings of Deloitte and awareness of opportunities for cross-selling. Raise ideas to address issues that may enhance / renew service offerings to clients.
• Client Impact: Promotes technical ability on assignments. Demonstrates a broad approach to problem solving. Contribute to management decisions through pertinent analysis of client company and industry. Respond with urgency and accountability to client and team requests.
• Operational Effectiveness: Contributes actively and positively to the team. Always presents self in a competent and professional manner to the client. Brings matters to the attention of senior members of the team for discussion and resolution in a timely manner. Remain aware of risks in area of engagement, in alignment with Deloitte policies. Consistently review and analyse accuracy and quality of deliverables.
• Development/ Growth of Team: Cultivate ability to give effective development feedback both upward and to peers. Maintain own development and knowledge in specialised area. Completion of relevant training programs or accreditations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications  

• BSC Computer Science, BSC Maths Statistics, BEng (all disciplines), BCom (Informatics preferred).

• Postgraduate qualification

Minimum Experience Criteria

• Junior Consultant Level: 1 year + of working experience and postgrad qualification
• Consultant Level: 2 years’ + of working experience
