    Risk Advisory - Clients & Industries - Senior Manager

    Job Description

    Main Purpose of Job

    Champion leadership in the implementation of strategy within the business through effective management and development of the team and building of strong relationships across serviced business areas. Responsible for the implementation of the Risk Advisory priority client's strategy and programme and supporting all client teams across all industries.

    Specialist skills include: Client account management, Strategic Client account planning, Management Consulting Strategy experience, and Industry strategy implementation support.

    • Development / Growth of Team (as applicable to role)

    Differentiators for this role:

    • Collating, monitoring and driving the Africa client program including account plan development and account meetings across Africa.
    • Driving and monitoring the RA industry program. Supporting functional and industry eminence efforts, as guided by official eminence (marketing and public relations) programmes.
    • Plugging into the global and local firm Innovation programme, representing Risk Advisory Africa at the Global RA Innovation Council.
    • Developing and maintaining innovative tools and solutions that enable the business. 
    • Leading the team, including staff recruitment, management and development

    Technical Competencies:

    • Expert in field with excellent industry and business knowledge
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Ability to interpret, communicate and implement strategy
    • Demonstrated execution of complex projects within timeframes and cost
    • Experienced in development and delivery of professional presentations
    • Excellent report writing skills
    • Solid financial knowledge

    • Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)
    • Minimum Experience
    • 10+ years’ experience within relevant function
    • Desired Experience
    • 3 years at manager level
