    Reward Lead Health Africa

    A fantastic opportunity is available for a Reward Lead Africa (Health) to join RB's HR team.

    This role is responsible for compensation and benefis for Africa Health. You will be required to support the Reward Manager AMET and HR Director Africa (Health) in delivery of the reward strategy, including managing the annual compensation review and the annual performance plans. You will monitor best practices across all aspects provide advice and support on all transfer related issues to Reward Manager AMET, Regional HR Director and Local HR teams.

    The role necessitates a key understanding and knowledge of C&B; management as you will partner with regional leadership, provide analytics and insight with respect to pay competitiveness and work to attract, retain and engage top talent that is applied to drive RB Business.

    As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic HR team, you will be contributing to the reward team across your area and show initiative on new ideas and in implementing global policies. Your Africa responsibilities will include: South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya and Africa Expansion markets.

    • Result- oriented with commitment to timely delivery of deadlines.
    • Ability to challenge, question and influence generally accepted norms and the conceptual flexibility to find better answers and negotiate at all levels.
    • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels with internal and external stakeholders and service providers.
    • Numbers- and detail orientated with very strong analytical skills.
    • High work ethics.
    • At least 5-8 years of experience including 3- 5 years relevant experience as a Reward Specialist role including FMCG or multinational environment.
    • Bachelors Degree minimum requirement. GRP / CPP certification is an advantage.
    • Advantageous to have: Professional designation with SARA at Reward Specialist level
    • Must be a RSA citizen.
