    Reward Advisor

    Job Description

    In the scope of work, the Reward Advisor will work closely with the Manger Rewards and Policy to Support the annual benchmarking and review of pay scale processes.

    • Analysis of external and internal fixed and variable remuneration data to carry out benchmarking
    • Assist with the administration of the annual reward cycles (the salary and incentive reviews)
    • Prepare relevant rem communication templates
    • Participate in salary surveys, diagnostics, and reporting
    • Maintain and support the creation of documentation relating to Group Reward policies and processes
    • Project management of reward activities

    This role is at our Johannesburg Corporate Office, at a Band 6 level reporting to the Manager Rewards and Policy.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in a relevant field
    • GRP (Advantageous)

    Experience:

    • Reward processes, salary benchmarking, and total compensation, and performance management
    • MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project) with advanced Excel
    • Reward in large complex multinational organisations
    • External salary surveys and their use for market benchmarking
    • Reward processes (Desired)
    • Compensation Management Tools (Desired)
    • Work analytically with strong numerical & analytical skills (Proficient)
    • Accurately work with large amounts of data (P
