    Relationship Manager - Enterprise Accounts

    • Creating sales strategy / plan to generate revenue and address our client’s business needs.
    • Create and building long-term relationships with key clients.
    • Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
    • resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
    • safeguard our revenue and retain our customers
    • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
    • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
    • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
    • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
    • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs
    • Provide technical support to our customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the business's products.
    • Anticipating potential issues or providing unprompted support simply to improve the customers experience and further the business success

    • 10+ years proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
