Registration Support Centre Agents (Fixed-Term Contract) at IIE MSA and IIE Varsity College

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Checking qualification entrance criteria
• Responsible for issuing of application offer letters
• Checking and approval of module selection
• Calling students for retention purposes
• Processing of academic credits
• Collection and uploading of documents after academic counselling
• Assisting with student registration in the registration room
• Providing online/telephonic support for student registration
• Ad hoc admin/registration assistance

 Competencies required:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be methodical/systematic
• Experience in Word & Excel essential
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and telephone manner
• Superior organisational and administrative skills
• Best suited to a service-oriented person
• Friendly, presentable, organised and able to work well under pressure
• High Initiative
• Excellent follow up skills

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Matric or Certificate
• Diploma preferred

 Minimum Work Experience requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant (Reception/Admin) working experience. Must be computer literate (Word & Excel)
