    Refrigeration Technician - Mahikeng Abattoir

    Job Advert Summary

    • Supreme Poultry is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to join our maintenance team. The purpose of this role is to perform skilled maintenance, installation, repair, and inspection work on complex refrigeration equipment.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12/N3
    • Refrigeration Trade Test
    • Category B refrigeration certified (Ammonia)
    • 2 to 3 years relevant poultry abattoir experience

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintain and repair refrigeration plant.
    • Responsible for all refrigeration, chilled water and air issues on site.
    • Attend to refrigeration breakdowns.
    • Preventative maintenance schedules
    • Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends and night shifts.
    • Good housekeeping.
