    Recruitment Internship

    Responsibilities:

    • Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential candidates for luxury cruise ship positions. Utilize various channels, such as online job boards, industry-specific networks, and social media platforms, to source qualified professionals.
    • Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, applications, and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications. Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific positions on luxury cruise liners.
    • Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and ensure a smooth interview process.
    • Candidate Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database, ensuring accurate record-keeping of candidate profiles, qualifications, and interview outcomes.
    • Applicant Correspondence: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and offering guidance on application procedures and requirements.
    • Recruitment Events Support: Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and career expos, to promote the agency's services and attract potential candidates.
    • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining recruitment-related records and files.

    Requirements:

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) or recently graduated.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
    • Passion for the cruise industry and an understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of luxury cruise ship recruitment.
