Re-advertised Workshop Assistant - Johannesburg at Rand Water

Job Advert Summary    

• Rand Water is looking for candidate to assist with the day to day maintenance of all plumbing and minor welding jobs. Workshop assistance throughout the distribution network to an acceptable standard

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12
• 2 years experience in a similar enviroment
• Valid EB drive's license with the ability to pass Rand Water's K53 driving test
• Plumbing certificate experience  will be an added advantage

Primary Duties    

• Preparing and the installation of pipeline equipment
• General maintenance and fabrication of equipment
• Assist in repairs and installation of domestic plumbing equipment. i. e ., geyser taps
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fill job cards
