Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily customer service activity operations
• Maintain customer data
• Execute generic service activities
• Build a relationship between their customer base and “Eskom”
• Facilitate  and enable conventional measurement and meter related tasks
• Support credit revenue and credit management processes
• Execute vending and prepaid activities
• Facilitate and enable the quotations and connections activities
