Quantity Surveyor Quant Survey (15 months Fixed Term Contract) (Limpopo) ERI at Eskom Communications

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

• Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Valid Drivers License

Experience:

• 3 year’s experience in Electrical or Civils Construction Industry, related to Quantity Surveying

• Good financial and technical skills with regards to construction work, especially civil and electrical.

• Good management and organizational skills, ability to manage conflict change management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with senior management.

• Strong understanding of electrical or civils construction industry

Knowledge:

• Good knowledge and experience in measuring of construction work and quantity surveying.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the NEC Suite of documents
• Good knowledge and understanding of the SABS/SANS 1200 document
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling software, financial systems)
