    Quantity Surveyor

    Description

    • This role is responsible to protect the company`s reputational contractual and commercial interests whilst lowering project costs bases and increasing the revenue stream.

    Requirements

    Academic Qualification 

    • Quantity Surveying Tertiary Degree / Diploma 

    Years of Experience

    • 7 Years or more as a QS

    Professional Registration and Statutory appointment - Nice to have

    • ASAQS /MBA
    • SA Council for the Quantity Surveying Professionals  

    Key Relationships

    • Clients
    • Contracts Manager
    • Internal Support Departments
    • Sub-contractors / SMME's

    Role Specific Demands

    • Travel to and from site
    • Work away from home
    • Heavy workload and long hours
