JOB DESCRIPTION

To lead the quality engineering approach for functional and non-functional requirements for complex solutions, employing scalable and reliable automated test tools and frameworks.  To enable test coverage by planning and driving testing activities across all stages and iterations of product, systems and service development collaborating across several delivery teams. To measure and monitor portfolio application of standards for testing, assessing risks, taking preventative action.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional and industry related certifications e.g., automated testing tools, script writing and Non Functional testing: Non-functional testing skills like Security and Usability testing, Cloud Certification.

Experience

• 8-10 years proven working experience in Software Development Life Cycle. Track record in the automation of testing approaches, tools and load balancing and performance testing.
• Extensive experience in Automation, Intelligent Testing, Quality Assurance, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies & Tools, Structured Test Methods & Processes, Technology Orientation, Test Driven Development and Testing (unit, regression, integration).
